When will my order be dispatched?

Once you have placed an order from the website, you will receive an order confirmation call from our Customer Care team. After the confirmation from your end, we dispatch the order within 24 hours.

In Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, Gujarat, Indore, Jaipur, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Chennai, we deliver within 3-4 working days. In other cities, we deliver within 5-6 working days.

3. You will be able to check the status and estimated delivery date over there.You will also receive the tracking details on your registered Email ID/ Whatsapp number once your order has been dispatched.

Is express delivery available in my city?

In Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, Gujarat, Indore, Jaipur, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Chennai, we deliver within 3-4 working days.

Any amount debited from your account after a payment failure will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. If I had placed an order on Cash on Delivery, how will I receive my refund?

How can I cancel my order?
